I think I will improve my listening when I often practice it.

3.come on (phrasal verb): used to express that something said is unreasonable

4.cool (adjective): someone who is good-looking or attractive
- She thinks the guy is really cool, but she doesn't know him like I do.
5.rated=verb [T] UK
In Britain in the past, a building was rated to decide how much local tax the owner should pay.

1.on the spur of the moment (idiom): without planning or preparation
- She always makes decisions on the spur of the moment, so you never know what she's planning.
2.slacks (noun): good-quality pants
- You don't have to wear a suit to the event, but you might want to wear a pair of nice slacks and a conservative tie.
3.make sense (idiom): have a clear meaning or a sensible explanation
- It makes sense to ask teachers to wear a nice shirt and tie to work.
4.be decked out (idiom): dressed in formal clothes for special occasions
- Everyone was shocked when my brother came to the barbecue decked out in a white tuxedo. Then, we realized he came to propose to his girlfriend.
5.rest (noun): what is left over after everything else has be used, eaten, etc.
- Wow. Your suitcase is already full of shirts and shoes. What are you going to do with the rest of your clothing?

3.hectic (adjective): very busy
- Life is always very hectic when you're trying to work and go to school at the same time.
4.land (a job) (verb): to secure, win, or get a job
- It is becoming increasingly difficult to land a job in the field of language teaching.
5.work (your way) through (school) (verb): think through, in this case, work while going to school to support yourself
- Since my parents had no money, I had no choice but to work myself through school

Who is Hu?

There is a funny conversation about "Who is Hu?" in MLB.
Wang(王建民):There is a Shortstop who is come from Taiwan in Dodgers.
Abraham:Oh? Who is that?
Wang:Hu.(胡)
Abraham:yeah! That is my question;who ?
Wang:Hu.
Abraham:It's my question that I'm asking;who is that?
Wang (laughing):Hu is his name.

Wang's Teammates next to them felt funny.
And all of them was laughing.

Tomb Sweeping Day

Today is April 4th,about 9:00 my father drove us to the tomb which is my ancesotr's tomb.
The grass on the tomb was very lush, so we have weeded them very hard.
It was a little tired. Fortunately,the weather was not so hot.
Because of we are christian,we worship with making a pray.
I think it's so nice. We dont't have to burn the incense and paper money. It's good to environment.
After that we went to eat snake,like Taiwanese Meatballs and Glutinous rice cakes in chung hua.
It's very delicious.
